Walk-ins: (No appointment necessary) Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am-12:30pm

Appointment only: Wednesday and Thursday 5:30pm-7:00pm

Please bring the following with you to the appointment:

1. Request for Live Scan form (#BCll8016-Rev 4/01)
2. Valid picture Identification-Driver's License, California Identification Card, Matricula or a US Passport
3. Correct amount to be paid by check or cash.

Fees:

1. $20.00 to Watsonville Police Department
2. If you do not have a billing number, there will be an additional charge for the Department of Justice services for doing the background investigation. This fee varies from $10.00 to $81.00.
