Linda Peters has served thirty-five years in law enforcement in the capacity of crime analyst, financial analyst and support services manager. Linda currently is the Administrative Services Manager with the Watsonville Police Department. The Administrative Services Division provides a variety of services to internal and external customers that include: police records, property and evidence, budgetary, financial, technical and analytical support. The Division is comprised of Police Records, Property-Evidence, Live Scan, Technical Support and Crime Analysis. She is also responsible for writing all police department grants, and if awarded is the financial manager for the funded programs. The police department has received $8.6 million dollars in state and federal funds through her grant writing efforts. She is charged with fiscal management, accounts payable, and facilities management. Lastly she plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the activities and operations of the administrative services division of the police department.
